While it is graphically impressive, the gunplay remains state of the art, and there are some welcome but all-too-brief attempts to tread new ground, Modern Warfare 2's campaign relies too much on echoing the victories of Call of Dutys past rather than establishing its own triumphs.
Latest Critic Reviews\n\n A somewhat droll campaign will greet players of Modern Warfare II. It's a short bombastic romp with some fun gunplay moments and fantastic graphics. The multiplayer, however, is a miss as it is no longer a properly combined entity and the lack of replayability is disappointing.
Insensitive and Disturbing. This movie has too much violence and gore. This is definitely not for kids and especially when their brain is still developing. This is also not a movie for people who are sensitive to slasher films.
There are scenes of strong sustained threat throughout as Art the Clown stalks and menaces his victims. Allie's infamous "bedroom death" is easily the most disturbing scene in the film. If this had been submitted to the MPA, it would be rated NC-17 for extreme violence and gore.
